Packet pick up time?

On 9/10 at the Cook Center at MNU from 4:30 to 7:30 or race day starting at 10:00 AM at the race.


One-mile loop through the campus.


Paved trail.  The trail is fairly narrow in some spots.  This means higher density of runners, especially at the start, and you need to be aware of those around you.  Slower runners please stay to the outside so that those working to make time can pass.


NO.  Therefore, this race is not a Boston qualifier.

  • Half Marathon—Noon only
  • Marathon—Noon only
  • Ultra Run—Any time from noon to 9:11 PM
  • Casual Run/Walk— Any time from noon to 9:11 PM
  • Teams— Any time from noon to 9:11 PM

Categories include military, law enforcement, fire fighters, EMTs, open division and race walkers.  Up to ten per team.  You relay the chip from runner to runner.  One runner on the course at a time.  If space allows you can run with the chipped runner for support.


Cotton T for half, 5K, casual and teams. “Tech-type” for marathon and ultra.


Awards are given to the top runners and top teams. Finishers’ medals are awarded in the 5K, half marathon, marathon and ultra run.  Age Group awards in the Half Marathon, Marathon, Ultra Marathon and 5K if the number of entries warrant that.  When the entries are low in any race we award the top male and female with finisher medals to the rest.

Aid & Food?

There is a water table at the lap line with water and sports drink. Food will include fruit, bagels and cookies.  Area merchants may set up booths with donated food.  If your requirements exceed this please plan accordingly.

Tents and tailgating?

You are welcome and encouraged to bring a pop-up tent and set it in the areas we designate.


The path is relatively narrow. If you have a stroller or baby jogger you must stay on the outside and use the same cautions as you would when passing in a car.  Runners will be working to make time.


Not allowed on the course.


Under USATF and RRCA guidelines these are not allowed for safety reasons.
